If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its
original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30
days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Footwear returns will be accepted
on unworn shoes returned in the original shoebox (without postal labels). Any
items which are worn, used or without reusable packaging will be returned to the
customer and a refund will not be issued.
How to return an item
Complete the Return Form: Each order comes with a packing slip and a Return
Form. Please tell us why you're returning the item.
1. Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the
bottom portion of the packing slip with your return.
2. Ship Your Return:
o To ship your package using our UPS return label*:
- Peel off the label and place it on the outside of your box.
- Write your name and address on the space provided on the label.
- Peel off the tracking number located on the very bottom of the label and keep
it for your records.
- Take your package to any UPS store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center or UPS
Alliance Location (Office Depot or Staples).
- Or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pick up or delivery at
your residence or place of business.
- To find your nearest UPS location, please go to "Find Locations" at
http://www.ups.com/dropoff .

o Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return
has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the
credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.
Our refund policy
You must email us with your order number
You may use the shipping method of your choice at your own expense (we strongly
suggest using a traceable shipping method). In this case, no return shipping
fees will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our
warehouse to process your return credit. We recommend that you keep the return
tracking number for your reference. Go to
http://www.ups.com to track the status of your return or the carrier
used to send back the order.
Re stocking fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all return orders.
No exchanges
Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you
are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item using our easy return
shipping label. Then place a new order online for an alternative product.
